Shelter

To schedule a tour and behind the scenes look at Humane Society of Manatee County Second Chance Adoption Shelter please email us at info@humanesocietymanatee.org and a representative will contact you. The cats and dogs in our Second Chance Adoption Program appreciate you or your group’s interest in shelter operations and the lives of our shelter animals. We would love to share our story with you or your group, so you can witness our commitment and compassion firsthand. You will visit our cats in Meow Manor, a free roaming cat room, our main kennel area, indoor socialization areas and our outside agility and training yard. Shelter tours last one hour and include a presentation on current and future shelter programs.

The Second Chance Adoption Center is located at 2515 14th Street W. Bradenton, parking is available onsite and bus parking is available in the rear parking lot.

Clinic

To schedule a tour and behind the scenes look at the Humane Society of Manatee County Veterinary Clinic please email us at info@humanesocietymanatee.org and a representative will contact you. Individuals and groups can schedule a tour of our state of the art, veterinary clinic which lasts one hour and includes a presentation on the veterinary services available. We would love to share our story with you or your group, so you can witness our commitment and compassion firsthand. Your tour will include a visit to our wellness area, diagnostic x-ray and blood analysis area, Feral cat porch, isolation area, surgical prep area and surgical suite.

Tours can be scheduled Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. and group tours are limited to twenty- five (25) attendees. Humane Society of Manatee County Veterinary Clinic is located at 2415 14th Street W. Bradenton, there is onsite parking available and bus parking is available at 2515 14th Street W. behind the Second Chance Adoption Center.
