Coin Banks
The Humane Society of Manatee County’s Coin Bank Program creates a unique opportunity for Manatee County business owners to support our shelter animals and operations. Providing counter space for a Humane Society of Manatee County coin bank at your business lets your customers’ small change make a huge difference in the life of a shelter animal. Over the last several years the coin banks have generated over $20,000 and have contributed to saving the lives of hundreds of homeless animals entering the Second Chance Adoption Program. Click here to download a coin bank request form, return the completed form and a coin bank will be delivered to your business. You can also request a coin bank by emailing events@humanemanatee.org or by calling 941-747-8808 ext. 315.
Once your coin bank has been delivered, your business will be recognized as a coin bank location in a monthly group Facebook post on the HSMC Facebook page. Once a month your business will also be featured individually in a Facebook post with a picture or logo of your business, letting the community know you support HSMC shelter animals. You will be given the contact information of the HSMC Coin Bank Captain assigned to service your coin bank on a regular basis.
All proceeds from the coin bank program directly impact the lives of the animals in our Second Chance Adoption Program. Small change can make a huge difference in the life of a shelter animal!
