Humane Society of Manatee County located at 2415 – 2515 14th Street W. in Bradenton has a story that we love to share with our community.  Our Second Chance Adoption Center truly gives cats and dogs in our community a second chance of being placed in new homes.  The HSMC Veterinary Clinic serves close to 15,000 animal clients a year including more than 5,800 spay and neuter surgeries in 2021.  In 2018 we were chosen as the Manatee Chamber Small Business of the Year – Non-Profit, and in 2021 we received our fifth consecutive 4-Star Rating from Charity Navigator.

We believe community education and awareness are a vital part of our mission here at the Humane Society of Manatee County. Whether you would like someone to speak to your corporation, business, civic group, social club or

neighborhood association about how to support us in our efforts to save lives four paws at a time, or you want someone to speak to school students, church groups, and residents at assisted and independent living homes.
