Animal Care Specialist: Full time 40 hrs. per week
Care for the dogs and cats while they wait for their new homes. Click here for a detailed job description.

Event/Volunteer Coordinator: Full time 40 hrs. per week.
The position performs planning, scheduling, result tracking of all HSMC events on and off-premise. Also works with the volunteers on a daily basis along with helping other positions coordinate and plan when volunteers will be utilized. Click here for a more detailed job description.

Facilities Maintenance: Part-Time 24 hrs. Per week.
General grounds and building maintenance, including general cleaning, mowing, raking, sweeping sidewalks, weeding, general maintenance, and repairs. Occasional driving for animal transport or pick up supplies. Performing other duties as assigned.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift 75 pounds, must be able to stand and walk for a significant portion of the workday, and self-motivated with basic computer skills.

Background check and drug screen required.

Veterinarian/Full Time or Part Time: Looking for a veterinarian to join our team. This position will add a third veterinarian whose responsibilities would include high volume spay and neuter surgeries, wellness and preventative services, administering vaccines during scheduled vaccine clinics, shelter medicine, and various minor surgeries.
