On October 30, I adopted a little bundle of energy (Emily Rose) during your Happy Hour. On the drive home, "Emily Rose" chattered almost nonstop and reminded me of a Magpie which is now her official name although I call her Maggie. Within a day she responded to Maggie, but she did not always agree that she need to "get down" as I requested. She is very sassy. Maggie has been a true delight . . . although my male Siamese, Rama, did not agree. Basically, he ignored her and only started to interact with her after a week and now the two of them chase each other throughout the house. Maggie has been to the doctor twice and both times has purred so loudly that the doctor had trouble listening to her lungs and heart!As you can see by the attached photos, Maggie is a real beauty and is very much at ease in her new home with her big brother. She has the appetite of a dog (Rama is a dainty and picky eater) and I can almost shee her grow daily.
